Timothy Whiteside Obituary

Timothy Curtis Whiteside passed at home from this life to the next
adventure on Tuesday October 8, 2024 after a short battle with
cancer at the age of 62.
He was born in Stockton, California on 08/10/1962 as the first son
of Don and Marta Whiteside. He is preceded in death by his
father. He is survived by his mother Marta, brother Marc
Whiteside (Kim), sister Donna Whiteside and sister Teresa
Whiteside (Norrie Palmer). He leaves behind his life partner of 29
years Mary Scott. He leaves behind many beloved nephews,
nieces and friends. He leaves Shorty, Putters and Pink who were
the cats who loved him as unconditionally as he did them.
Tim graduated from Lincoln High school in 1980. He served
honorably in the US army from 1984-1987. Most of his years, his
vocation was in sales. Tim and Mary had a 3 year adventure in
Florida from 1998-2001 and aside from his time in the military he
spent most of his life in the Stockton/Lodi area.
Tim had a big heart and a crazy sense of humor. He loved rock
and roll music (especially Pink Floyd) and he could remember
lyrics better than he could remember what he had for breakfast.
He and Mary enjoyed camping, spending time with friends and
family and especially going to the casino.
Mary and family would like to thank Fred Gobbell for his help,
support and love in Tim’s final days. We would also like to thank
the staff at SEVA Hospice for their care and support.
There will be a celebration of life on Sunday November 3, 2024 at
12:30 at Mayfair Christian Church, 5 W. Swain Rd, Stockton.
