Rosetta Blanche Thurman

Rosetta Tuggle-Thurman, 74, passed away on March 12, 2025 surrounded by her family and
friends. There will be a celebration of life service tentatively on May 24th at the Ripon church
of Christ in Ripon, California at 10am.
Rosetta was born on October 17,1950 in Detroit, MI to E.T and Ruth Tuggle. She had 4
brothers, Tony, Jim, Tim, and Tom and was like a loving mother to them. She married
Charles Thurman Sr and had 3 children Chuck (Stephanie), Mike, and Lisa. She had 4
granddaughters, 8 grandsons, and 4 great-grandchildren.
She was a psychiatric technician for 24 years. She loved shopping, cooking, gardening, and
DIY projects. She was a faithful Christian and loved singing hymns. She took great joy in
taking her grandkids to church with her and fellowshipping with her brethren.
