Lillye Catherine Mitchell

LILLYE CATHERINE MITCHELL , age 91, went to be with the Lord on 9/2/2020. Lillye was born on October 31 in 1928, to parents Will and Annie Rice. She moved to Stockton in 1960’s and married Frank Mitchell. She was employed at Sears, for more than 25 years. Lillye was a spiritual woman who loved reading her Bible and the “Daily Word”. She was a member of Greater Faith Missionary Baptist Church of Stockton. She loved the outdoors, gardening and traveling. She was a loving aunt. Lillye is survived by her nieces Dorothy Brown(Percy) of Richmond, CA and Anne Adams of Indianapolis, IN_-Great niece LaDaille Dickerson(Frank) of Vacaville,CA, -Great nephew Charles Newton(Karla),CA -Great nephew Michael Adams of Indianapois,IN, Great niece Monique Manning(Cesare) Indianapolis, IN, , Great great nephew Christopher Dickerson(Heather)Nellis AFB,NV, and several Great great great and great great nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank Plymouth Square for all their care and support. She leaves behind a host of family and friends, she will surely be missed.
