Kimberly Ann Hester of Lodi, CA passed away peacefully on Saturday morning of Jan. 4th 2020. She was born in southern California March 20, 1958 to Mary Owens and Joe Jones. She lived in California most of her life where she raised her two children with her first husband Phillip Cherry. She worked throughout her life in various places as a certified care giver at skilled nursing and residential homes up until around 2010.
Kimberly is survived by her two daughters, Tonya Silva (Albert) of Denair, Ca; Beverly Cherry of San Tan Valley, Az; three brothers, Ray Akin (Jullie), Jay Akin (Lisa), Kenny Akin, and 1 sister Melissa Akin, all from Turlock, CA; Kimberly has 7 grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. She had a long term relationship of 19 years with Michael Davis of Lodi, CA. She is preceded in death by both parents. A celebration of life will be held a later date and time. Your life was a blessing, your memory a treasure, you are loved beyond words and will be missed beyond measure.
